Once your order or quote request is submitted, our team will contact you to arrange pickup or drop-off. After inspection, the repair process begins and you’ll be updated throughout the service.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes. Home pickup and delivery are available locally and internationally.
How long do repairs take?
Most services take approximately 1–2 weeks depending on the type of repair and workload.
Can I request a quote before sending my item?
Yes. You can submit photos through the Request a Quote form and our team will provide an estimate before proceeding.
Do you restore bags as well?
Yes. We offer restoration services for bags, including lining replacement, leather repair, edge repainting, handle replacement, cleaning, and more.
What materials do you use?
We use high-quality materials including Italian leather, professional-grade rubber soles, premium dyes, and luxury care products selected to match the original finish as closely as possible.
Will the repair look original?
Our goal is always to preserve the original design, shape, and feel of the item while extending its lifespan as naturally as possible.
What if I’m not sure which service I need?
You can submit a Request a Quote form with photos of your item and we’ll guide you toward the most suitable repair solution.
Are repairs guaranteed?
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If there is an issue related to the repair itself, contact us and we’ll review it promptly.
How should I package my item before pickup?
Place your item in a sturdy box or shipping carton. If available, include the original dust bag or shoe box inside the package for added protection.
Can I send multiple items in one package?
Yes, multiple items can be shipped together. Please make sure each item is protected to prevent damage during transit.
What if I don't have a shipping box?
Any sturdy cardboard box that adequately protects your item during transportation is acceptable.
Can I use the original shoe box as the shipping box?
We recommend placing the original shoe box inside a larger shipping box. Shipping labels and handling may damage the original box if it is used as the outer packaging.
