At Calzolab, we make the restoration process as convenient as possible by arranging pickup and delivery directly from your doorstep.
Pickup & Delivery
Once your order is placed, our team will contact you to arrange a pickup of your item.
We offer pickup and delivery services throughout Lebanon and can assist with international orders upon request.
Processing & Restoration
Restoration work begins once your item has been received and inspected by our workshop.
Estimated completion times vary depending on the service selected:
- Sole protection: approximately 1–2 weeks
- Heel replacement: approximately 1–2 weeks
- Full resoles and major restorations: approximately 2–4 weeks
- Luxury bag restorations and custom repairs: timeline provided after inspection
All timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the work and material availability.
Shipping Fees
Pickup and delivery fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout or communicated before the order is confirmed.
International Orders
Customers outside Lebanon are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Tracking & Updates
Customers will receive updates throughout the restoration process. Once the restoration is complete and the item has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided whenever available.
Delays
While we aim to complete every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, material sourcing, courier delays, or customs processing.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
While every item is carefully packaged before shipment, Calzolab is not responsible for loss or damage caused by third-party shipping carriers during transit.
