Eligibility for Refunds
Due to the bespoke and labor-intensive nature of our services, refunds are not offered for completed work. However, we are committed to resolving any concerns fairly and professionally. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
Service Not Performed
If you were charged for a service that was not initiated or completed, a full refund will be issued.
Defective Workmanship
If an item is damaged during the repair or restoration process due to negligence proven to be attributable to CalzoLab, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Offer a complimentary redo of the service, or
- Issue a partial or full refund, depending on the extent of the issue
Proof that the damage resulted directly from our service is required.
Service Delays (From Our Side)
If we are unable to complete the requested service within the agreed timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances, and you choose not to proceed, a full refund will be provided.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- Change of Mind after a service has been initiated or completed
- Post-Service Damage occurring after the item has been returned

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
